Thats it, in one word how would you sum up your impressions of wow? Try to refrain from ones like "great" and "fantastic" etc..
Mine would be
Stability
Even in OB it was one of the most stable games I played, Not just performance wise, but gameplay wise. Although WoW may not offer anything unique and new to the MMO scene, it definately improved on every other aspect of the current MMO genre.

And I don't know what OB you were playing.. for the stress tests there wasn't much lag.. but in OB the only time I didn't have lag was 5 minutes after a server came back up(which actually turned out to be about 50% of the time
).

No pun intended. Impressive visually and as stable as the first guy says. I didn't have any OB lag except for one evening for an hour maybe where there was a small delay on actions like looting, etc. Other then that the game never crashed once and I didn't see any graphic errors ingame.
the lag was intended. When the server's werent over full the game ran lag free for weeks straight. My one word would be "bitemeSOE"

Fluid.
Fluid to the core. Level progression, UI, learning curve, zone advancement, questing. All very fluid. Helps to provide that warm feeling at the base of your belly.
Believe it or not, but playing WoW can actually be described similarly to playing an actual game...instead of a grind-fest.

They did do a good job with making all game play work well and was very smooth. I didnt like how they stole all the ideas but at least they made them smooth. I like a game that offers something new in gameplay, and WoW just wasnt for me. Who knows what game will hold my interest, seems like all of them are just out for the money and dont give a shit about what the people want.
