  I believe there are only two major clusters left - each made up of several servers. The servers used to be separate, but are now joined into one game world. But you can still play all realms by making toons on different servers (although there is a lock-out timer to prevent x-realming).

  The only distinction that matters is whether you want to play "classic" (less PvE required for RvR) or "standard".
