This is a fun mmoRTS. Give it a try for free at worldofbattles.com. If you do not get an activation email, don't worry about it, just download the client and you will be able to play with the account you created.

Pretty awful. Very few people playing, people who do have armies twice a newbies strength. It's hardly an mmo considering the most player you can have in a battle is 4 lol.
Lame reply. If you feel like letting people know about your dumb opinion, write your congressman. By the way you can battle up to 16 armies at once...
Um, if he cant give his opinion on how crappy the game it, why can you give your opinion of how awesome it is? OH!!! I know! Its Double-Standard Day!!!!
The way the OP is written, I expected the absolute worst when going to that page. I was rather surprised to see a very nicely done site and decent graphics in the screenshots. Have to download and check this out tonight.

It's like total war without the strategy part, and just the rts battles , feels like rts deathmatch. Oh and sorry about wrong info OP, didn't see any options for 8 on 8 battles, my apologies if true. It's still prty raw. Only mmo aspect is that your units have persistant xp however. I'm not telling anyone not to try it, it's free. It's just very uninteresting as far as the gameplay goes.
