I'm looking for an mmo similar to Ran online in the aspect of location like in a city your in a school and or college. Minus the school bit and just a game that takes place mostly in an urban enviornment. Anyone have any suggestions?
hmm I remember a game called Neocren which was kind of urban-based but that was pretty rubbish. Dunno any others, I wouldn't mind playing one if there is one about.

I don't know anything about Ran Online, but City of Heroes just might take place in a city.

The Matrix Online is an urban based game. Neocron was the best cyberpunk game. Problem was the devs were a small outfit and the game never took off.
