woot.. eq2 for me on wednesday!!!!

in Everquest II

yay!! woot woot!! i am getting eq 2 on wednesday!!! cant freakin wait.. image

this also means i have like 3 days to decide on my race and class.. and that i would need some help.

since i cant post on the official forms.. i decided to try my luck here image

i am looking for a class that belongs to the da melee type and muz be able to be trained in Freeport... image

i need a class that does best in dealing damage, then in speed and coming in last defense.. got any idea on any class that has such characteristics? i have searched the official forums for a few hrs now.. and it seems to be either bruiser or berserker... i cant decide.. so i need u guys who are playing eq2 now to give me some tips image thx! image

    congratulations! and what i gleaned from your information, i would suggest either a ogre or troll berseker to fit your description. good luck!

    thank you.. really cant freakin wait...

    anyway i have decided on my race that is either half elf or human... and another few more hrs of finding information and absorbing that i have come to 2 choices.. shadowknight or beserker.. in terms of dmg berserker has the upper hand but i would like some spells too as i have seen some spells in the trailers.. atm i am not sure which to choose and need advice on this.. anyone? thx in advance image

    sounds to me like shadowknight would be your best choice.

    Imperatorian, from wat i read yesterday in the official forums... starting stats in any given race will provide a small benefit to u in the early stages, when u got to the high levels and get those equipment that provide stat bonus.. it wun affect u much.

    bottom line.. play whichever race u like most image

    sorry to hear that.  i feel your pain man....  but at least you only have to suffer just for wednesday right?  you don't have to play it again do you?
