MMORPG.COM News: 4 New Games On Our List

We are proud to announce the expansion of our game list.  We have added 4 new titles to it today.  The games added were: Hello Kitty Online World, KAL Online, Tantra Online and Gate To Heavens.  You can check out each of these games by clicking on the respective game logo below:

    Come on already at least add games that are QUALITY games.Hello kitty?You have got to be kidding me.That game is clearly aimed at the 5 to 12 year old asian female market.The other 3 ok MAYBE they should be here.The problem is they ALL look the same to me.

    I gotta say im a bit dissapointed in MMORPG.com for including these 4 games in the list.I do look for news on the genre at this website.They paid you guys to get these put on there right?This is the #1 site for updates and exposure as far as i know so it wouldnt surprise me.

    Dont start a guild and dont be a leader or volunteer to be coleader or captain.

    Just play the damn game:)

    yay. A match-making service for pedophiles, and 3 MORE fantasy games. Aren't all teh fantasy nuts already playing Eq2 & WoW? How about the rest of us who can't stand another helping of unicorn dung?

    MORE SCI-FI!!!!

    How about a Cyber-Punk game? How about Shadowrun or something? Or even something from teh 20th century.....Mafia Online, or.....ANYTHING but more fantasy clones.

    ARGH!!

    Then again, the kitty mmo got a hype of 6 and the 3 others 4.9... quite disturbing :S

    LOL - no we would never take payment for a game to be on the list.  30% of the games on our list could never afford to pay for anything. 

    Our mission is not to just cover the MMORPG's that YOU like, but the MMORPG's that everyone out there might be interested in.  If any game out there meets our requirements then we get it on the list...no money is exchanged.

    Boy, have I been accused of being a money-grubber a lot this month or what!  image

    Hello Kitty Online? Too funny. This game will be huge in Korea, as both men and women over there love Hello Kitty. LOL!! This game should never come to the U.S. The only ones who will be playing it is 7-14yr old teenage girls and older women who love Hello Kitty and don't have a man in their lives. I can't see any male in the U.S. at any age waiting their time downloading this. The other 3 games all seem like me too Korean games that will only have a small appeal to the people here in the U.S. It's nice to see new MMORPG games coming out, but because there are just SO MANY right now that it's senseless to think thousands of gamers will waste there time with the no name shareware type MMORPG games.

    KAL actually looks very nice.  I'd love to play a good 3D mmorpg based on an asian mythology.  Unfortunately the classes and skills in KAL seem rather restrictive.  But I guess it's too early to judge.  At least the visuals look true to asian mythology. 

    Tantra, on the other hand, looks like a total miss.  There are a couple dozen random words from Indian religion and mythology pasted onto what I'm guessing is a Korean hack-n-slash game.  I haven't played it though so perhaps my initial impressions are mistaken.

    Everyone makes some good points, but I believe everyone is missing the point.  MMORPG has always done an excellent job at keeping this site updated with new and up coming games.  Not to mention new beta's that are about to start up, we should be greatful they take the time to keep the site updated.

    MMORPG has been my favorite site to hear of news and future beta's, not to mention contest and the fun group of people that live on these forums.
