old wow player just returning to the game need a nice friendly guild to help ease me back into the game im on bloodhoof server EU

What do you expect from a guild? Chats? Raids? levelling together? Crafting and mutual professiional support?
If all you want is chatting, find a guild with ppl you like to chat with, or better still make friends with ppl that you like. Sometimes I go online and solo dailies/farm mats but group with friends just to talk about things we want to talk about, even go on vent of one of ours and talk there.
If you want to raid, make sure you join a guild with active population during your gaming hours. Or you will be offline when they raid.
Levelling guild is a beast, you have to stay in range of the bulk, and prepare to meet new faces regularly, as people drops out fast as they lvls up or found new regular mates.
Crafting guilds are rare, but those few I know are most exclusive and dedicated. After all, they run like merchant guilds, and very money minded. Not my game, I craft on my own, and tries to be self sufficient.
the way you play seems to be more my style lots of fun but gaming too.
You might have better luck finding a WoW guild if you try the WoW forum rather than the pub.
