Recent Playspan Contest

Im guessing I should have posted here first.  What I had tried doing is contacting the site staff through the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.  I in fact tried multiple times without a single response.

I feel a bit cheated.  I won the $30 prize for that contest and because I couldnt confirm my win due to multiple "Username/Password" failures, I lost my prize and it was given to someone else.  I thought that by going through the Contact Us link I would get a response and some sort of delay on claiming my prize while the issue was sorted out.  So now I'm left wondering where I am at since not claiming the prize was at no fault of my own.  There was some sort of site bug that was preventing me from claiming it.  

So I ask the staff of MMORPG.com, where does that leave me?

    So here I am another 24 hours later, still no response from any of my messages sent through "Contact Us" and still not one response from some sort of representative from MMORPG.com on their own help forums. 

    What gives guys?

    Yeah, I can wait as long as it takes, but in the mean time my prize was taken away because of this and given to someone else for reasons out of my control.

    Ok, my annoyance level is increasing.  Does any moderator or management even care that I had an issue with their site that prevented me from confirming my contest win?  I have seen 2 different moderators post in different sections of this "Help" Desk section of the forums.  What gives guys?

    So what is it going to take to get some rep from MMORPG to give me some sort of comment back or SOMETHING?

    I know this isn't what you want to hear, but I'll make sure that your situation is brought to the attention of the relevant staff members personally. As a moderator, I deal with the forums and have nothing to do with contests, so I'm unable to give you any information. Hopefully you'll get a response soon.

    Well here we are another 7 days later.  Im wondering if the staff is thinking that if they ignore this long enough, that I will go away.  All I want is an answer and the situation addressed.  Its not a hard thing to figure out.  I lost out on my prize cause of complications with YOUR website.  

     

    Now give me an answer already.

    I want an answer from an actual admin.  What ever happened to customer service?  This site is seriously lacking right now.
