Can't Log On

in The Chronicles of Spellborn

I go to http://spellborn.acclaim.com/ and create an account.  I can log on to the website just fine.  I open The Chronicles of Spellborn and try to log on entering the same username and password.  I get the message "Username of Password Incorrect."  Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?  And before anyone asks, yes I am entering the same username and password on the website and game and have tried like 10 times.

    stupid question...but you're using the Acclaim version of the game client, right??

    I believe the OP is. I was having same problem and decided to create another account and it worked fine. Don't know what the issue is with my first account, but I would suggest re-registering with a different email and username.

    It's been a while since I registered but don't you have to associate the account with Spellborn? How that's done? I forget.

    I could be wrong and just throwing that out there.
