The Chinese government have strict regulations on restricting the overindulgence of underaged children in MMO games. The restriction can be removed by registering yourself as an adult with a Chinese social ID.
I get a messege that i will get a 50% less exp and item gain if i remain on and to please log out for my health.

Firstly you only get that message if you didn't use an adult I.D.
Secondly this is law in both Korea and China due to these countries having issues with kids literally waisting away in front of video games. So they do this to insure that kids don't play for 18 hours a day.
This isn't something NCSoft did on their own for this, or for any of their games.
Yeah I did the adult ID thing and had no problems playing an unlimited amount of time.
The game is glorious, I really like flying combat, it adds a lot of strategy to the game, including when I'm Fighting my mage friend I can drop really fast to avoid his spells.
The entire game feels really good so far, I'd have to say that I'll defenately buy it when its NA
sigh! If you go on playing for another 2 hours, you will be told taht you should take a rest since you've been played for 5 hours. And more depressive, you will 100% fail to gain anything from killing monsters
This isn't new information. And did you bother to read the replies? An adult ID associated with your account will prevent you from getting those messages and your XP cut off.
It's not depressive, it's avoidable, and really pretty understandable. Go google how to get an adult ID and your problems will be solved.
What's depressive is the lack of reading people do before bothering to complain. In the end, what/who are you making look bad? Take the time to read about your problem(s) first.
I advise you to take a look at this guide, tho, and follow the steps unless you can read chinese. Has a few working adult IDs, as well. I personally haven't had the 3hour warning yet.

Assuming you read a guide to get into the COB you might of just looked over the importance of the Chinese social IDs like the above poster said.
