Shanda (Nasdaq:SNDA) announced April 12 that it has invested RMB 8 million in a fund to reward gamers who report plug-ins in its licensed pay-for-time western fantasy MMORPG AION. The company said the same day that all plug-ins will be blocked in three days, and that AION will delete characters using the prohibited technology.
Shanda plans to give away up to twelve free hours of game play to AION users each time they recharge RMB 30 or RMB 100 from April 9-23. First time rechargers from April 13-15 will be eligible to win more game time or a free lifetime account.

what does it mean when saying "recharge RMB 30 or RMB100 or w/e"?
RMB is the abbreviation for Chinese currency. Just like USD is an abbreviation for United States Dollars.
RMB is an abbreviation for "Renminbi". The Yuan is the principle unit of measure.
Admittedly I had to look up what Renminbi means and it means "people's money".

So they're offering a reward (in chinese currency? just making sure I'm getting this right) for anyone who offers info on cheating programs that are out there for their game?
Wow a cheating program bounty!
