Need Help!

Everytime I press Start, error 153 comes up and says "GameGuard file does not exist or is corrupted.  Please install the GameGuard setup file."

I have deleted the gameguard file under the TCoS folder but it still comes up.

I then completely removed it from my computer, and downloaded/installed it again.

The error is still coming up and I don't know what to do and I really want to try this game out.

Game is poorly done.  Don't worry, it will only be a disapointment.  The first zone... you spend most of your time walking from NPC to NPC... with the occasional kill the wolf, bear, boar quest.... every kill quest upto level 8 is pretty much killing those three animals over and over.  But it's not really a grind, because most of your time I like I said is spent from walking around talking to NPCs ((must come up with a new term of walking, talking type grind)).  Everyone says wait till you get to level 15... but why can't the gam be interesting from the start?  Weapons, armor and shields mean nothing.  I made it all the way to level 14, and didn't buy one new ability... didn't die once..

So wait, you choose to play the game in the most boring way possible, and then complain that the game is boring? Astounding logic is astounding! And if you were trying to knock the fact that you didn't NEED the skills to win (and really, if you play it safe, anyone can grind hoppys till the cows come home on one ability) you're still only proving the point that the game isn't purely reliant on gear and level seeing as how you can dodge your opponents.

and psssst: It's no secret that weapons, armor, and shields mean nothing. One of the major bilboard features is that the game isn't a mindless gear grind as items have no stats, only slots to add a handful of enhancements into.

Bans a perma, but so are sigs in necro posts.
