Well in the beta the servers did not have names, but were broken down into 4 regions, Central, MT, Pacific, and Eastern, each region had PvP and Normal and RP servers in their list. And they were numered from 1 to 40 some servers at that time. So basically what you need to do is figure out which region your guild wants to play in for example Central and they say whatever the first PvP server is in that region is the server to play on, or just wait till you see what numbers are in that region once the game goes live. Hope that helps but there is no official list that I know of.
