This is so frustrating

in World of Warcraft

So I went and pre-ordered my copy of WoW the other week, in the anticipation of jumping on assoon as it was released. So Im at work atm, and read in the boards here that the servers are up. Getting all excited, I ring my local EB store (where I have it ordered and paid for), and they tell me I cant have it until 9am tomorrow (24/11, Australian central time), despite the fact they have their stock. So now I must wait another 16 hours before I can play. image

Any other Aussies having the same delema?

    i got told the same story in Newcastle, NSW....I'd say its australia wide unless you manage to find a store open past 6pm our time when it could be officially sold in Australia. I know at least 1 person has got theres...ah well its only 1 more day. Its a good time to plan your character a little bit.

    Yeah - I'm from Oz too but in even worse spot - I pre-ordered the CE over the net, and they're not sending them out until tomorrow ... then I gotta wait for Aus Post to get it to me ... looks like a Friday start imageimage image imageimageimageimage

    Hey, at least you know when you can play it.  I ordered mine from EB to get shipped to an APO address (military) so I dont even know when it will get here...our Post Exchange gets it on the 4th of Dec, so cheer up :).

    Been there done that..The only difference for me was it was when PS2  first came out I had to go through the agony of having a Ex buy it and send it to me since I was in Korea.... Cant tell you how much I thought she just pocketed the money since it took forever to get there... Damn military mail

    All of you in here, whom is whining about post coming late, must be like image  image image ............

     

     

    Me (a guy from europe) has to fking wait until 3rd december before i can even play the final beta, and then i have to wait until 27th january before i can even play the real game, ROFL

    ya the Euro's are gettin screwed. I cant understand why companies delay preparations for Europe so long these days. That extra 2 months is just time for other games to steel WoW's thunder i would have thought.
