Im LOOKING for info on MIR II what is YOUR thought on this MMORPG.

I just came across mir2.gamepotusa.com
I'm not to sure WHAT to think. Dose ANYONE know or have any kind of INFO for this game. The TRAILER seems OK but It dose not SATIFY me as far as wanting to play it. So any INFO is welcome.

well heres what i know of it..keep in mind i have not played it in a long time and some things might have changed but i doubt they have changed that much.
-legend of mir the three heroes, legend of mir 2 and legend of mir 3 are not really sequel games like lineage 1 and 2 are, or eq 1 and 2 are. those are complete new games. legend of mirs are the same game just with updates.
think of it in terms of world of warcraft, everyone is now playing world of warcraft 3.
-i first played the original mir 8+ years ago, and it was a little dated then IMO
-its old. very old. the graphics will most likely scare most people away. youtube some videos (most of them are outing cheaters probably, there was huge cheating problems, way too much client side 'freedom')
-to level is to grind. grind. grind. and when you are done...grind some more. all thee is to do to lvl is kill things. there is a quest or 2 here and there, but nothing noteworthy. its an old school korean type potion popping game too. while leveling up, you will spend the bulk of your cash filling your packs capacity on health and/or mana regen potions, head out into the world or a dungeon, and kill hundreds of mobs while popping potions. or if someone attacks you, you fight him while both blowing your savings popping all your potions hoping he dies and drops 4 potions to help make up for the 130 you just used.
-IF, and thats a big IF, the cheating is monitored, and it sustains a decent population, both of which i have no faith in, AND you can stand the first few hours killing chickens and deer, and actually get into the game..its not half bad.
-its a pvp game. killing someone has faction penalties though. people do drop stuff when you kill them. not everything but enough to piss them off and make you happy.
-its also a clan type game, its very similiar to the original lineage. you can wage war for control of cities(1 city when i played but they had to up that to a few by now i would think)
thats about all the info i can remember. old, ugly game, boring as hell to level but not a bad time killer if you have a crappy computer and like pvp.
Well THANKS NegativeJoe This INFO dose help but it STILL is not convencing me to PLAY lol I guess uless something ELSE stands out on the game I think at this POINT I will pass on the game.
