Ok so ive gone through the trial i got to level 10 the max I can get while in the trial and from what ive seen it seems to be a good game. So my question is does this game stay good through the whole game? And would it be worth my time to buy this game?
Also any info on endgame, story, etc... would be great.

Make absolutely sure you play on the most crowded server for the type you want.
So Phoenix Throne or Dark Crag etc.
In General i think T4 is regarded as "lacking" right now compared to the previous tiers, especially the city siege. There's still a lot of problems with big fights (lag etc) however Mythic is testing a "Winds of Change" measure where by if the area gets unstable random people will simply get ported away from the unstable area, so that may help.
I would also consider "When" you play the game. If you mostly play on off-hours this game might not be for you because this game's enjoyment is very much dependant on populations and mostly thrives during prime time.
Beyond that i'd say give it a try and see for yourself ^^
It really depends on what you like in this game, so far! If you are level 10 now then I assume you have not had a lot of chance to explore Open RvR, but mainly PvE and scenarios.
In my opinion (!) the game changes over time and in Tier 4 it seems to be mainly about farming influence (through PvP). I have not seen any City Sieges during my characters' lifetime, but that could have to do with my particular server. There is some PvE content later on (think dungeons) that more or less require you to wear certain armour sets, as those bestow protection against the dungeons bosses (Please correct me, if I'm talking BS, as I have quit at rank 34 and might have this mixed up).
In fairness to the game, RvR battles can be a lot of fun and Mythic seems to be doing a good job in evening out the classes. Naturally, there will always be a flavour of the month, but overall, all classes have their place and are fun to play.
I'm not trying to dissuade you, here! I've had fun and I know a lot of other people are having fun! You're doing the right thing in asking people for some end-game experiences.
If you like a game with alot iof PvP without any real consequences then you will have a blast. If you like PvP with consequences you will still have a blast but get bored after the 99th scenario and the 10th capital raid.
End game is all about locking down zones and raiding the capital but it seems more about PvE than PvP and the reward is a big PvE fight with some raid boss (the King). I have subscribed now for 5 months and the game is still fun but I find myself rerolling alot because the lower tiers are more fun than the higher tiers and the war never really materialises as taking/losing a capital is not a big deal really. I once was logged in with my T3 alt when we lost our capital and our King got killed but I didn't really notice it much.

Personally I think Mythic have a lot of things to improve in this game but if you like it so far, why not just pay for another month?
Its not that much money and even if T4 will bore you youll still get good value for a months pay.
The alternative is trying other trials to compare and see if you like WAR best or some other game.
Play for another month - theres plenty more to do and see - and things start to get beefier as you progress past 10.
There are some issues sure but then alot of game have some - im sure however these are being looked at right now
One thing is for certain there are no lack of expansions or events!

Pick a high pop server, like dark crag. Enjoy the content as you go through it, especially the scenarios, and by the time you get to the end game, the new zone / dungeon will be out. And by the time you get gear to enter it, something else will be out, lol. I envy you, you pretty much have endless content for the next 6 months, easily. That doesn't include alts.
