in MapleStory

Now I'm not looking for the inner scoop here on if you double click on the second rock it gives you lots of xp.  :)  I'm just wondering if anyone has some helpful tips for starting out.
I just started a bit ago, and after some connection issues (nothing to do with Maplestory though), I'm back to playing.  Right now I'm puttering around Perion, a wee little fighter at lvl 12, so any comments would be great, I'd like to really get into this game a little more than just checking it out.

    one advice. dont stick w/ newbs, lvl by urself mostly unless ur in a party w/ ppl ur lvl. if ur party doesnt do much, disband and lvl by urself.  lvl 12 rite? depending on ur dex, go attack some shrooms (dats rite the orange shrooms, no im not kidding, easiest to kill and most exp for low lvl)  if ur gonna get slash blast or w/e its called, then go and fight green shrooms near kerning city ... dat is if ur dex allows

    image I don't have the greatest dex known to man, but yeah, I see what you mean, leveling by yourself is basically the way to go.  Which is how I like games because I play at odd times.  I was knocking back those shrooms, now I'm level 22, but I'm glad to know that my estimation so far on how to level independantly is not off the mark.

    haha nice! uhm, since ur lvl 22 i recommend u fight sum zombie shrooms if u have around 35-40+ dex

    I am a lvl 16 archer and it takes FOREVER to lvl up can anyone gimme advice as to what i should do thanks

    lvl 16 archer? im guessin that u have around 60 dex...im guessin.
    if u do have around 60 dex, fo kill undead shrooms in the dungeon. remember to buy a whole crapload of arrows or have plenty beforehand.

    Thx dude,but i only have almost 50 dex... and i kill dark stumps cos green mushrooms kill me when they're in a whole pack.And when i lvl,what stats to upgrade?

    well, since i never really made an archer, i wouldnt know.  but by lvl 20 im guessin u shud have around 65 dex and 40 luck

    i'm a lvl 19 mage but i made some boo boos in my character so mt INT  is abt 43++ wat moonster should i fight??
