EQ2 tech support are the worst

ok so last night they changed my name because it was in violation. zerothehero? ok so maybe none of you like it and think its stupid, but there is nothing in their naming policy that i can see would regard this name as offensive/in breach of copyright/ racist/saxist whatever! so i make a post in their tech support forums and they delete 3 of my posts. this is an exert from one of their emails to me:
"Please note that the Tech forum is for technical issues running the game, and ingame issues such as the issue that you posted."
and? so my post was off topic how? they just said it right there that it did belong in the forums...it was an ingame issue. has anyone else experienced these problems with these guys? i love the game, but i wont give them the satisfaction of $15 a month if this is how they treat their paying customers.

the only reason you can't have that name is because you can't have titles in your name such as the, king, of, ect you see the point. plus if you know sony you can expect to not recieve any support.
also i believe they mean ingame tech issues, just the guy worded it terribly. when dealing with this company it helps to think outside of whats written because a lot of their ideas are hidden beyond the real meaning, because they are rich but not smart.
