Stuck on Fishing at level 150

in World of Warcraft

I made it to skill 150 fishing but cant find a trainer to level up. The fisherman trainer at crystal lake cant train any higher. Any idea where another more advanced one is ?

    not familiar with that lake at all so no i didnt.

    I had the same problem in OB. I heard that you have to either find a special NPC hidden somewhere to train you past 150 or find a book from drops that will do the same.

    okay someone online told me there's an npc fisherman in Booty Bay that sells the book to train it for 1g (yikes)

    Anyone know where Booty Bay is ? I havent really left the human lands much, hanging arounf Goldshire mostly

    South tip of Azeroth .. you can also get there from Rachet Bay ... that's how I first got there as an elf in beta.... ran through the barrens .. from Auberdine..

    Am I gonna have the same problem with cooking as well ? Im up to 150 almost as well.

    Well, Booty Bay is on the southermost tip of Stranglethorn Vale in the Eastern Kingdoms. I found a very good l'il map on one of the fansites over both Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms that I DL'd and printed, they are very accurate, and have the suggested levels for all the areas. It also has all the flight/Seaways there are. Both for Horde, Alliance and Neutral ones.

    I'll go look and see if I can locate tha map and post a linky here later

    From what I can remember from when I did the fishing tradeskill a while back I just visited a trainer in Stormwind.

    Pfft, I couldn't find the maps right now, that's the problem with having a memory like a goldfish.

    The Stormwind Trainer only take you to 150 skillmax IIRC

    Swim from the south western coast of westfall down to stranglethorn vale, and
    avoid all land masses until you reach the southern tip of the continent, there's
    booty bay, you'll recognize the place because of the goblin statue that looks like...
    you know, that statue in south america ::::39:: (Im not telling you which, that's
    a funny reference).
    Then there just find the gryphon trainer(go upstairs in a house in the upper
    part of town) so you can go back when you want.
