After WoW came out EQ2 rating shot down about 0.7, can someone explain?

The Rating has nothing to do with the Actual game, its only the people from MMORPG which isn't even a quarter of the players from either game. Infact, more WoW players have time to come in and click on the Pole than Everquest2 players because their game only came out yesterday while those of us playing EQ2 have been immersed in the game for 2 weeks now.
choosing a game or liking a game according to a single poll that really has no basis on the game's actual worth is pointless. Its just a hyper builder for both games.
Please Refer to Doom Cat with all conspiracies & evil corporation complaints. He'll give you the simple explination of..WE"RE ALL DOOMED!
People who like EQII will try to kill WoW's ranking and WoW fans will try to lower EQII's rating by putting all ones. Only, EQII fans are more mature on these forums so it does not happen as often. Also, most people put straight up 10s for their game of choice to support it. That gets the whole system off balance. Rank means nothing.
