ok, I play for 2 hours... and log out for 30 minutes... when I log back in, I can play for like 3 hours cause I had logged out... or something like that... I don't completely understand it, myself.
It is due to chinese laws. They have a maximum amount of time for the children to play videogames. So if you can't provide an adult chinese id to sdo you won't be able to play more than that 4 or 5 hours a day.

If you had an "Unlimited Account" or "Adult Account" that wouldn't happen.
You are on what is called a "Child's Account".
Your are limited to 4 hours of play, before having to take a 5 hour break.
So if you see that message... go take a nap or something, you gotta wait 5 hours before you can get xp again and loot again.
Don't bother asking about how to get an adult account here... See the Third Party stickied thread for why.
