edit- I just checked. They haven't yet.
runs all settings maxed (1920*1200) at over 60FPS:
E6600 (2x3.0GHz), 4G DDR2, GF9600GT-512 (also on a GF8800GTS-640)
so as long as you're above or around that you should be fine... cause that's my rig and settings

Good to finally know an official release date. Now it's time to hope everything goes well.

Hmm, that's sooner than expected. I wouldn't be surprised either if it's pushed back. Hopefully it isn't, though, and hopefully the final product is a polished one.
I am happy the game is coming out so soon. I can't wait. I'll probably pre-order.
