Newb Question Concerning Options

in Final Fantasy XI

I am playing FFXI on the PC.  When I go to the ingame options, some of them let me control number of characters seen, volume of the music, ect....  these have sliders to adjust those options.  How do I move that slider?  I know this sounds like a moronic question, but I click, use the arrow keys.....and nothing seems to move whatever it is that should be moving :)

    Just just have to hit enter and use the arrow keys to slide up and down. The sliders go down real slow might be the reason you don't notice.

    When you have the game closed, there should have been FFXI Config with the FFXI icon in your start menu...

     

    If you have XP,

     

    Go Start> All Programs> PlayOnline> FINAL FANTASY XI> Final Fantasy XI Configuration

     

    xD There you can do the sound and graphic stuff :D
