EQ Mac ......

I was just wondering after all this time and the success of this version how come there isn't a game card for it all the PC versions have game cards we need one two especially after it still being very popular after all these years of the org EQ and the recent release of EQ 2 it just makes me wonder why they haven't yet we need that option too

    I don't see why there wouldn't be a game card for the Mac version of Everquest. Then again, maybe it doesn't have the amount of players to make it   worthwhile. I've been wondering how is the population on the Mac? I think that Shadowbane and maybe Asheron's Call are like the only MMORPG that can be played on the Mac but not sure.

    I think the game is doing great from the forums that I can see although my account is down right now I need to get it reactivated. My fokes don't own a credit card so I have to use my uncles and then pay him of course. I think I am going to invest in a longer plan the one month plan is annoying and I want to be a dedicated player and get into the game. So, I should get a longer plan I love it though it's great and I hadn't ever played till it's release to the Macs. I hope it is doing good that is what I was thinking that the Mac EQ fanbase isn't large enough yet to consider game cards but if they would've had them to buy at Target, Walmart ect off the bat I think ppl would get into it. Using credit cards are a pain and some like me don't use them. I think they need to start thinking bout it and advertise game cards for this version or else it could go down hill possibly going off the shelfs I am not online with it so I don't know how it is doing the eq mac site never gives any news and it's always the same crap thats been on their since it's release the only thing that is ever new are the server updates and when it is gonna be down etc so I don't know I wish they would say how it's doing cause alot of ppl use game cards their easier and can be picked up when u need them etc... But their are tons of ppl on the EQ Mac forums so many posts etc so hopefully it is doing well.... as to when I will know I don't know.

    West Lake Interactive is the company that helps bring hot pc games to the MAC and they brought EQ Mac with the Help of SOE and on their site it says EQ MAC has Gone Gold as to how long ago it was I don't know the game has to be doing well or else it would have went awhile ago.... they need a game card for this version but I think they just aren't wanting to if they did more ppl would join I'm pretty sure they need to do something.
