You have given little to no information on what is actualy wrong with your computer, what do you mean by "Update the virus?" are you sure its even a virus? have you tried reinstalling the game? Virus scan?
Well what happends is this
I start my PC , and logon to windows , everything is starting up , i get random messages saying "**** has stoped working"
LOTRO just shuts down and i get the same message.
My spotify is saying the music is corrupt i restart the program and it works for a while.
When i try to update my pc trough windows update thats impossible and update my virus scanner is also impossible i see the word corrupt on everything
Randomly things doesnt work and just keeps going like that .
Ive read about the new virus Conficker , and it sounds like it is that virus.
What i wounder and need to know is a confermation that it is this virus and if someone might have had the same problems and if they know what to do.
Right now i am using a stinger on my pc to se if something happends

...what?
You still haven't told us enough to know if it's a virus or if your HDD is borked.
Go here www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner and use the online scan, if it finds something, then you know what the problem is. If it doesn't then your windows install is probably broke and you will need to reinstall.
If you want an easier possible solution just try rolling back to a date before you had problems.
EDIT: If you have problems virus scanning or anything else, try booting into safe mode, then try it.
