I won something, but I'm not claiming it because I wouldn't use it (the Chronicles of the Spellborn free month) and would rather see it be redrawn for somebody else.
Unfortunately, I'm getting periodically redirected to the contest page telling me, for the fiftieth time, that I've won and should claim my prize.
Can we have an option to disable this, or a slightly less annoying way of notifying people that they've won? Maybe limit the redirects to a certain number of times (I think I got the point on the first one, to be quite honest).
Sorry to pester, keep up the good work.
Edit: Upon posting this, I was redirected to the contest page.

Claim it and be done with it. Seems like the easy way out to me.

And let the free month that I'm not going to use go to waste?
No, I'd rather endure and let somebody interested in the game have a theoretical shot at it.

erase your credit card info from thier site, and give your acct away, scince obviously you are not going to play seeing as you don't want a free month.....
Surprise: I don't have a Spellborn account, and I never have. I'm not interested in the game.
That's why I'm not accepting the free month.
Thinking before you post is cool.

He just posted a suggestion, you never said if you had or hadn't played the game or not, I would of assumed the same thing. And from the looks of it, if you really want someone else to get some use out of it, that might be the only way at the present time? It doesn't take long to create one of the game accounts and it seems a little more productive.

His suggestion would be appreciated if it didn't come across as sarcastic and superior, despite being flat out absurd in the first place (why would I not accept a free month for a game if I played it?). This is a basic logical deduction one should make before making such a post.
Further, if you don't accept your prize after a little over a day, the prize is rolled for again and given to somebody else. In fact, it already has been I believe. I was merely suggesting an improvement to the site (the point of this forum).

Claiming it and giving it away seems like an easy way out.
If this were to happen again just email our support. You can even claim it to end the redirects and then we can disqual you later and draw another winner.
We will look into improving the logic in this - although please understand that your situation is rare as most people claim what they won

I understand. I didn't mean to be so snarky. Sorry about that.

Anyone else see though OP's thinly veiled attempt to trash talk an mmo he doesn't like? "I don't want this prize, and I want EVERYONE to know it!" hehe.
inb4 denial.

I'd say it seems 'concealed' because it doesn't exist.
I didn't say anything negative about it at all.
In fact, you would imagine that if I didn't like the MMO, I would claim the prize instead of dutifully dealing with such an irritation, thus preventing it from getting more exposure.
No, in reality, I don't harbor some irrational grudge towards games that don't interest me. I don't intentionally attempt to bad mouth them on a low exposure thread on a low traffic forum category.
