LF PvP game (please read before posting)

Well after trying nearly every P2P game out there I am wondering if there are any F2P PvP games where you just jump right into the PvP.  Sorta like a Darkfall type thing where you can be in the middle of the action the moment you create your character.

    The only one i can think of is Shadowbane, and that old game is closing its doors in june. THat game had a very quick and easy grind, and it was PvP focused, lots of politics and ganking. hit me up if you find one.
