MMO with the best/deepest LORE
Played WoW too long and the one thing I loved was the deep, seemingly bottomless lore. It made the world feel more immersive.
Played WAR for a bit but the world didn't feel real -- you can't swim, you can't even drink an ale.
Recently I'm trying GW and so far it's OK but again the world doesn't feel real and I haven't played long enough for the story to "grab" me yet. It seems shallow, not deep as far as lore goes.
Well...suggestions? Thanks!

How does EQs lore / immersive factor stack up?
Its not EQ, but you could always give LOTRO a shot. I liked all the beginning parts anyway, they do a fair job of bringing you into the story. I play it every now and then for something different.
If you are just talking about a game that has the deepest lore around you should have to look no further than Lord of the Rings Online.
