It is astounding how they can ignore the English forum.
Either shows bad internal management and or extremely poor selection of staff.
I just cant comprehend how bad they are running this european project it is such a surprise to see the mother of great games neglect its fans the way they do.
What moron in Blizzard decided to create the HQ in France ( no pun intended France ) but they seriously have issues with English thus totally neglecting the majority of EU. ( smart move blizzard )
I refuse to belive they havent received more than 100 applicants for the open community manager job. It just reaks mismanagement.

Dunno about bad management, but I see where your coming from... But I too agree that it was a porr move for the HQ to be in France...
Atleast something good comes out of this. If you take a look at the EU forums, all players are panicing becouse of being stuck in looting position and other lagg issues. Have fun lagging?
I am truly shocked... They uppdated the english site today... I seriously thought that they had all died and were lying rotting on the floors.. Crushed by endless stacks of OB packs meant for the benelux area...

But at the moment i would just like the pre-order stuff, that I ordered from Game, to arrive. Has anyone else pre-ordered from Game, and if so have you received your pre-order key etc...

pre-ordered there as well, already recieved a mailing that they try to get that key as soon as possible with me. Haven't seen anything yet, but the mail was from 2 days ago at the evening and I'm not living in the UK so I'm not suprised there isn't anything yett

Yeah I got a mail aswell saying that they will get the beta kit out to me ASAP. However I had already sent an email to them about when I would receive the kit and they said this week... Well it friday and still nothing.
I also rang them and the operator I spoke to said the mail process could take from 5days-10days, from when they send it out to us. So it is highly unlikely, people who ordered from Game, will get the beta kit this week, and is not certain for next week either...

You migjt as well chill down on that anyway. Doesn't look as if we'll have any use for the beta-kit for another couplr of weeks anyway

Well, I for one is starting to regret that i preordered the european version of the game. have i ordered the american version I would have been able to play by now. Didnt get in the 3rd cb wave either .
I did expect to get some information about the final beta by now. Personally I think the european and american version should have been released at the same time. The HQ shouldnt have been located to France either, as 80% of the european players are going to play the English version anyway. I hope the lack of information from blizzard will kill the game for me before it even has started.
