Aion Resolution

Hi everyone,

I'm having a resolution problem with the Aion client. I run my PC on a 26' LCD TV with a resolution of 1360x768. When I start Aion, it doesnt recognize my rez so I get a blank screen. I tried googling for a config file to edit and found it. It's the config.cfg file in the Aion directory. When I open it in Notepad, it seems that it's written in Korean. I tried switching my language settings to korean and open the file. The text appears but it still doesnt have anything about resolution, or maybe it does, it just isnt written with numbers. Was wondering if anyone has come across this problem and found a way around it?

    Well I found a way around it...

    Try setting your desktop to a more conventional resolution for a bit then run AION just to make sure your AION installation is ok.

     

    When my AION game starts it sits at a black screen for a good 2 minutes before proceeding so make sure it's not just doing the same.
