Shall I come back to COH???

in City of Heroes

Well when I left with a 27/28 spike/regen scrapper I left because it was kind of boring but im wondering if i should come back because i do not have $50 to spend on a new game but i do have $15 to spend on a month. I would love anyones insight but please no flames

    Depends on when you quit.. after playing the game at launch, and coming back about a month ago.. it's great atm. There are tons of improvements, and the game's a blast...got the feeling right back. If you just quit recently, I'd say wait a couple of issue's.

    well i am back but my SG is dead..... and i have a 28 scrapper on liberty but i wouldnt mind making a new charc if someone wanted to team up or somthing ^_^ im always looking for new friends

    It really depend on WHY you left.

     

    CoH is improving, but it still have the same orientation(which is the best IMO).

    I had been thinking about coming back but the reason I left was simply cause after the first month, hell not even the full month I was just plan bored. Granted I've played other MMORPG where you tend to do the same thing over and over again but it was even more so in CoH for me that I just had no desire to continue. I think the actual setup of the game was good and like the systems that were put into the game though. Is there more to do in the actual game now or then simply wander around and do missions or fighting thugs in the different areas and zones?

    Right now, there isn't much to do besides fight. I would wait until the next update where they are supposed to be adding skills to the mix.

    After seeing the Incredibles a few days ago i really wanted to start playing CoH again but after reading this i will wait untill  after the holidays. I beta tested the game so it has been a long time since i played it.

    Wait for Issue 3 would be my advice with the input you give here.  I predict you will grow bored again, but waiting for Issue 3 will give more new stuffs to do before getting bored.

     

    I personnally love CoH and will never leave until a MMORPG do it better, which is not the case of Warcrap or EQ916474.

    I left COH for awhile, was just getting bored of the same thing over and over again.
    Community is great and, teamplay is excellent but just not indepth enough for
    my liking. I tried it again for the last couple weeks and I am done again.

    quit and nvr come back this game sounded so good i got it right when it came out and i was so mad that i waisted my money on doing the same thing over and over again
