just spend 6 hours downloading it. and it downloaded the dammed US version ! so when i try to login all i get is user and pass dont match ¬_¬ so now i gotta download the EU version *sigh* im going to bed, stupid thing

US and EU are the same client all you need to do this adjust some setting. Oh wellz your probably won't see this msg till you wake up.
"I'm not sure if this is what you meant, but I want to clarify that if you have an EU Beta event key, you will still need to set the Launcher's regional setting to "Europe" in order to be able to play (this should be default if you live in Europe), once the event starts.
