You could try to get a "staff" of writers together and try Magcloud. Do a search. It's a build your own real magazine, but it would be a bit costly for buyers.
Best of luck with the magazine. There's so many MMORPGs out there now that there would be plenty of material for a magazine. You could get various MMORPGs to give your readers free virtual junk, especially the F2P games. It's a win win for everyone. You get more magazine readers, the readers get free virtual junk, and the MMORPGs get advertising.

A MMORPG magazine would be cool. But you can really find all the information you need to know online.
