Okay, so I'm playing on the China servers. So far, I'm level 22 and working on my Craftsman's Shining Titanium Plate set. So far, I have gotten the HQ (high quality) shoulders, and I was wondering. Do all items created from crafting have a chance of proccing? Not just certain items like the craftsmans?
*edit*
Just procced on the Craftmans Chest and Boots, without DP. 1st try for boots, 2nd for chest.

From my experience which is a bit limited on crafting, procs are based of your DP, and most items after a certain skill level will proc not always but often, my guess is the proc chance becomes lower as you go up in skill, I do really like the fact that some items are crafted out of procced items.
Again maybe someone with a bit more experience can elaborate more.

Note post #13 in link:
I'm not buying that explaination. I've critted 3 sets of plate armor for my Templar since I started playing on the Chinese retail and here are my observations.
1. Crafting level does affect critical synth rates, but it's diminishing returns. Basically as the recipie changes color from gold to pale yellow to white etc. you have a smaller gain in critical chance. Example, say the base crit rate for a yellow recipie at your skill level (within 10 points) is 25%, a pale yellow recipie(20 levels below your current limit) would be 50%, a white recipie (30 points less) would be 60% and a gray recipie (40 points or more below) would be 70%. So the biggest crit craft increase is in the first lower tier with each subsequent drop being a smaller and smaller increase until it's negligible.
2. Crafting more than one set at once seems to have a positive effect on crit, noticinly more than crafting one at a time, however it is possible to crit on the first, so I have no beleif in the first success increases crit chance.
3. Divine Power Without a doubt affects crit craft rate. I noticed as much as a 50% increase between having an empty vs a full bar at level III. I have had success with DP levels I and II also but no empirical evidence that shows a difference between both. Level III is very noticable. Having anything less than level I seems to have no impact.
Anyway these are just my obsevations. Take them with as you will. I'm testing if time of day also affects it since Day and Night are major factors for each race.

Okie, thanks for the replys
