I know this is funny, but I think there's a reason for that, senates and devs and CRM can create threads with "feedback" in the title, but the players can't. At the same time, they should disble the word "poll" and "TCG" in thread titles too since they often get deleted.
NO!!! Must... attack... every tiny... insignificant thing thatcouldbeconsideredanattackonSOE... eh.
Sure. But you appear aggravated by every attack on SOE. On the other hand, I find your defense of every little thing hilarious, and the "feedback"-blocking hilariously ironic.
You were able to post your feedback here though, right?

Selective glitch huh? Even more poetically ironic. If I didn't know better, I'd think there's a ghost in the machine with a guilty conscience lol.
SOE listening to feedback on SWG hasn't existed in more than almost 5 years.. I mean, how do you explain the NGE and the retention of that system after the mass exodus of players as a result of it? Even AFTER a while when those expendable players were never replaced?
"I have only two out of my company and 20 out of some other company. We need support, but it is almost suicide to try to get it here as we are swept by machine gun fire and a constant barrage is on us. I have no one on my left and only a few on my right. I will hold." They can maintain and add to the current game with a dev team that has fewer than ten people on it. Sure there is little to no quality in the additions, but the game is much cheaper to maintain. That makes the risk of any potential losses much smaller.
As a hypothetical example, say the old game cost ten million dollars to maintain, and was bringing in eleven million in revenue. There is a chance of potentially losing all the revenue and being stuck with an unrecovered ten million dollar expense. If the game now costs two million to maintain and brings in two and a half million in revenue, the potential loss is only two million. On top of that, even though you now have one and a half million less in profit, the profit margin of the new version is up by fifteen percent. The profit margin on the old version was ten percent, but with the new one it is now twenty five percent.

lol that is priceless!

Lol, oh my goodness. I'm copying and pasting from the O-boards just so people can easily see what's being discussed:
"* Your message contains the censored word: (feed-back). Please remove the offending word and resubmit."
Wow that is really just amazing. Feedback is apparently a dirty word on the SWG official forums. I guess that really shouldn't come as a surprise.
is quality banned as well?
and 'honesty', 'service' and 'respect'?
That is just to funny, I still find it funny that they do not get it, and never will.
This is not even an issue, it was a minor tech glitch for a few hours.
We are aware of the odd filtering and working on it thanks

It was resolved 2 hours later.
It's not whether it was an issue, glitch, or even if it got resolved. It was simply an unfortunate situation that made for a great laugh.
Enjoy it as such.

Common man, tell me you didn't find it funny.
Even current players on the Oboards found it funny.
Well you know if you take out all those middle letters and add a U you get....

Glitch = poetic irony = great amusement. It's the little things that bring us joy lol.
Funniest shit ever!
On a side note...I can't believe that cess-pool of a game is still running.
