Well, I haven't played anything 'cpt Mage and Paladin, so I couldn't really say. But I think I'll like Hunter and Shaman to. There's only two classes and two races I'll not play under any circustances. Warrior & Priest, Gnome & Undead.

Tried Paladin... thaught they were way to easy in the beggining... didn't like em at all.. Also tried Druid.. not that fun either.. and then I tried Hunter and I found my calling No way I'm playing annythin else when WoW goes retail in EU

A clan mate is a Gnome Mage, and I love the sheep skill. They'll be very powerful in raids when they get their nukes.

I play the most unoriginal combo out there: A Night Elf Hunter ... and I love it!
Played an Undead Warlock in Beta and loved it too.
At the end I came back to the Alliance because that's where most of my friends wanted to play. I do have to admit I miss the Horde, the community seemed much better...
My Goal is to level to 60 pluck my eyes out with a spoon and become a Demon Hunter and deffect to the Horde

Weird huh?. Horde is supposed to be mean and evil but is generally played by people wishing to play 'the losing side' if you will. SO actually its the nicer side :P.
I must admit the char on horde are btter than alliance just because you dont have the short people and NE floppy ears.
Why at EU release im going Human Rogue (not unoriginal because most alliance rogue = NE or Gnome for escape artist... but not human).
Then later on ill prob go to a 2ndary server and play horde. Im going on pvp servers just cause pvp is more fun for me. Sure i hate getting ganked while on a quest but theres a certain bloodlust even the mildest f mannered players get when they see a red person on their screen :P. Its amusing one of my friends is really nice player but he once saw a gnome wandering in barrens she was waving at him and my friend just point blank killed her for no reason .
Funny things mmorpgs :P.

I tried to explain that to all the people who wanted me to swing alliance. I said that all the classes are unoriginal and kind of boring to play. They always say "Horde is gay!" and don't want to say anything else.

BUT MAGE? It's the 2nd lowest vote after Priest.

Are they really supposed to be evil? Traditionally Orcs and Undead are evil, but I don't feel it's that way in Warcraft. Arthas and his Undead are defenitely Evil, but the Forsaken don't strike me as such. I positive that Thrall is not evil. And the Taurens are most defenitely NOT evil by defenition.
The way I get it from WC3 it's more that Humans and their allies have difficulty controlling their prejudices, and "brand" the Horde as evil. That's why they are enemies. Things aren't just black and white, there's many shades of grey both in WoW and RL IMHO. What is good and evil is very much depending on you own point of view.

I personally like the Shaman. They pretty much can do it all.... Melee, spells, res, heal... not to mention group buffs with the Totems.
I also play a Mage. I like it quite a bit but just doesn't compare to the tanking ability of the Shaman.
I'm up to lvl 24 so far with my Shaman and lvl 10 on my mage.
FOR THE HORDE!!!
I voted for Hunter, because kiting and being out of harms way is what I favor... I know Im a coward. ^^
