What repercussions does this have for the upcoming The Matrix Online? What would happen if Stewart decides to go after it too? Could The Wachowski's and/or AOL-TimeWarner decide to pull it to avoid further confrontation?

Well, you would think it was included or taken into consideration when the settlement was reached. I'm sure it is just a matter of her getting a cut of the MxO profits as well.
