Who enjoyed them? Who wishes they would be updated more? (Dark Ages especially needs updates) Who still plays? Who is thinking of going back? I'm considering hitting up Nexus again, simply because it was good clean fun that I could play for anywhere from 1-4 or 5 hours comfortably, but easily leave whenever people wanted to do something irl.

Talking about NexusTK, never played DarkAges
I played in the past, two different times actually. First time I had a Il San geomancer, and I have to say, probably the funnest game I have ever played. The mob grinding was completely awful, but in the past it was all about the community, and still is in a way. Everywhere I went people knew my name (BucketHead), didnt matter if I walked into the ranger grove, sire pit, vale, or barbarian area. Everything was player run (and still is but I will discuss that in a moment). While PvE and PvP was a joke, this game was still the funnest I played because of the community. This was in the time before the new graphics came out (several years ago), cant even remember how long ago that was. The events were by far the funnest I had because it had actually people controlling the main enemy characters and they actually did stuff (mainly talking about the Johia (butchered name but w/e). I was happy to be part of the Nagnang Army at the time and was with the group that dropped him finally.
These fun memories drew me back into the game about 6 months ago. I have to honestly say that I should have never come back. The events are now 'Place a dungeon, let the players go on a mass killing spree of weak mobs, end. Or, pick up a mining pick, walk around for 10min, min the item, done.' The population base is gone, there is no longer anybody just hanging around the ranger grove, barbarian cave, or the vale. In the past I cant remember a time when these areas were never empty. The Sire Pit still has a good amount of people in it, but never what it used to be. Clans, subpaths in the past were awesome. The players would hold their own storyline events. I remember in the past us Geomancers held a event where the land was plagued and we summoned monsters (yes, the weak dragon1 mobs) for the community to fight against. The clan I was in, Nagnang Army, (before I decided to become a Geomancer) would hold practice wars and patrol Nagnang, now the clan halls are dead unless its the most active time which it might have 3 players there. The subpaths never discussed anything new.
Take it from me, dont revisit this game. Its sad for me to say but this game is dead. It is better left in memories.
RIP NexusTK
I was a Poet, but power hungry judges decided they were going to jail me when I was messing around with a friend of mine..so subpaths were very..er..difficult for me, so I said forget it. lol
I didn't even have enough karma for Hyun Moo, so I just stayed a poet.
You realize the Do's are pretty much dead, right? The Choguns rose to power over the Barbarians, though. Shamans are dead as well. It's pretty much Geomancer, Diviner, Muse, Monk, Chogun, Barbarian, Spy, and Merchant. The other paths are dead..oh, except for Chung Ryong, and the occasional Ju Jak.
The game is definitely the funnest I ever played. The new areas and graphics definitely make it funner, and less of a sore on your eyes. I also played before the new graphics.
I think if Kru would get off of their lazy asses and advertise the game, then more than just Indonesians would be playing it now.
My ign was Poetic. Everyone seemed to know me simply for my original name.
