I HATE people who play games like SWG and everquest and complain about it all the time. They are so damn annoying "whine whine whine SWG is crap its too easy to level SoE are shit whine". Then others so "whine whine whine EQ is soooooo much of a grind booo hooo SoE are SOOOooo shit they never change it". For god sake man you play a game for like 6 months and quit main reason is because YOU GET BORED. After people quit a game they make up SHIT excuses like SoE messed it all up and try to ruin it for people still trying to enjoy the game. I get people coming up to me in games saying SoE are shit and they dont do anything and they fucked the game up. MANNNNNNN F***ing well quit the game then you tard. Theres no pleasing some people, they whine over shit little things SoE are SOOOOoooo good compare to other games i'v played but spolit pricks who only ever play SoE games whine and whine.
If you quit a game after say the free trial then fine you didnt like it, MOST of the time this is just personal option others can like it.
If you quit after 6 months something went wrong that made the game lose its fun for YOU, MOSTLY this is bordom. but hay you got 6 months of good fun.
Both of the people who quit at this time ALWAYS fucking WHINE!!!!! alllll over the forums in game and its DAMN annoying. They make up SUCH shit they ONLY look on the BAD side of the game i mean SHUT THE F*** up. Games like WoW get so much praise these days but man once its been out a year the f***ing whiners will come in like a whore to a police disco. They quit the game and now they are gonna WHINE about anything they can think off bad about the game to either
1. Pass the time until they play a new game
2. Make the game they play now look better because its not boring for them atm.
Man the day people quit games and accually analysis the game rather then ripping the shit out of it i will be a happy man. The day when people can go "hay it got boring but at least i had X amount of months/years of fun". They day when people think "o people playing the game NOW might still be enjoying it like I did before i got bored". The day when people stop going "oooo the games so different from the good old f***ing days" MAN!!!!! GET OVER IT and let people play the game without your DAMN whining.

PS - I know my spelling, grammer and all round general english sucks in this but I dont think its bad for something I spent about 3 mins typing. It came from my heart (the ranting side of it) and it so happens my heart cant spell very well.

I agree with the inherent sentiment of this post. So many people get tired of the game and become whiny and complain-ey (is that a word?). However, with some games, like SWG, the people who make the game do play a part in ruining the feel of the game. Once people started becoming Jedi, that ruined the game. Once everyone was a Jedi, I quit. But at least I didn't complain and whine and bitch to other players. A good game requires good gamers. And a good gamer knows when to stay with a game and when to move on. I hated City of Heroes pretty much from the beginning. I didn't complain, I just didn't give them any more of my money.
By the way, Rant, if you're going to censor your obscenities, at least censor all of them.

That wasn't massive, wasn't long, and could hardly be called a rant, since only one idea was covered. Rants tend to be about one general topic that someone is so angry about that they cover a multitude of topics, seemingly unrelated but bleeding into each other throughout the post. While many rants have poor grammar and spelling, it is not a requirement, and certainly didn't serve any purpose in this post.
As far as making a new name for it, I would guess from the quality of this "rant" that his posts under his normal handle aren't much better spelled, stated, or coherent.
It's hard to agree with something done so poorly, but somewhere in there I'm sure there's the idea that people should be happy with the 6 months of entertainment they got and move on instead of trying to make other people not play the game and thus robbing them of at least 6 months of good times. I guess I sort of agree with that, but the only people qualified t cut down (or praise) a game are the ones who have played it for some time. ANd those EQ whiners are people who have invested years into the game, only to see it bastardized and completely changed from the time they started to the current state of affairs. I'm sure it's similar in other games. Do they have a right to be angry? Yes. Do you have the right to not read it? Yep. Now if they played for a year and didn't like it from the start, well, there's not much to defend if that's the case. But it's usually not.

It did amuse me that, for the rant a new name was generated too.
On another note, the rant wasnt too thought out, it was a complaint at the complainers, then it it was repeated, and again and again, this realy did not have to be such a long post after all.
My grammer, my spelling and genral english are rubbish I tend not to use grammer most of all and jumble my words up.
Again I have diversed, what I did with all intentions of want to say was this:
People complain, its part of human nature, especialy if there spending money on it, if your so bothered by playing games with people that have there own opinions and thoughts stop playing, unplug the internet and walk away.

Well, you mentioned SWG. Automatically it proves you're new to the game or haven't played long enough. Or maybe you're someone that isn't using all the dirty tricks that SOE doesn't seem to care about like macro-looping to grind XP or always getting a doctor buff and wearing 80% kinetic resistance armor so combat is very easy and you don't have to group at all.
I mean compare a game like SWG where people have been whinning since the very beginning. SOE changed a lot thanks to the whinners. Then at some point they stopped caring, started helping Jedi, worked only on JTL, etc.
Can you blame them? It's not like the whinners in WoW. WoW whinners are complaining they are already seeing Level 50 characters in so little time. DUH!!!! Any MMORPGs will have people that become so high cause they have no life and all they do is play WoW. Not a valid excuse to say WoW sux. Heck the same thing happened to EQ2. Not a valid excuse either.
And if we have to start mentioning everything that is wrong with SWG and compare it to everything that is good, there's just too many things. The big complaint about SWG is that there is an end-game. You're either a Jedi or you're not. And if you're not, then you're part of the 30 other professions that people get sick of cause there's nothing more than just becoming more of a millionaire and showing off all the new loot in your huge house.
Here, you're sick of people whinning? Then convince SOE to fix the game first, then you will have less whinners. There will always be whinners, but at least they won't be whinning about MAJOR problems!
People in WoW are whinning about such stupidity they should just be deleted. But things like Combat Balance, professions that need more content, remove all the broken bugs that do absolutely nothing, get rid of negative effect skill tapes, etc... etc...etc... how can you be so mad at people for this? Be mad at SOE then people will stop.

People seem to be missing the point here, im trying to say people dont look at the good side of games once they quit, yet people here in this thread still just post about all the bad things they have encountered. Sure SWG might have turned shit for you but didnt you still get some fun out of it? You might wanna mention that along side all the bad things.
