I just bought the Beta version but when I tried to log in, it said this user cannot access the Beta. I know the Betas closed down but I kinda think its pointing twords i can never enter it... do i have to pay a subscription fee?
The only beta that I have ever heard of being paid for access to was the one for Star Wars Galaxies. And that was a token payment for the pressing and handling neccessary to get a CD of the client in the mail.

Well, techniqually, you had to pay for the beta, unless you got accepted on other terms, i got in cause i preorfered the collectors the first day you could.

You won't be able to log in, so the message your getting is just what would be expected. I wouldn't worry if I were you. No subcription will be required.

No, you don't have to pay for a beta. That would just be silly.
Let me put it this way, i have never used a beta before and yea... i thought it would be weird if you had to pay but i had to be sure.
The next beta phase starts on friday. If you try to enter the game before that it says you got no access.

Actually Funcom charged for the Age of Conan beta.
