Who in the heck drew the Columnists pictures and why does Sanya look like Bilbo baggins with pony tails?

I get why someone would want a specific look for all he columnists avatars but wow, those are not very good.

    I don't like the art style either but there have been fewer negative comments about the looks of the columnists here than were when they used actual pictures.  Most of those negative comments were about the male columnists.
