RvR Prema death rule set servers Ships and naval combat
I'm bored killing stuff for the loot that keeps making my character uglier every time.
I'm betting never.
especially the Perma death.
Side note: I'm playing WoW right now, not hating on it, I just dont' see them developing these aspects of it. They'll make money and subscribers will still play without these things.
I doubt they will implement anything on your list. Why should they? People keep playing after they are bored to death and with Blizz working on a new game i doubt WOW will see much more of anything with any substance and just be allowed to fade away. Hell look at me, ive been in BG for the last two days, but please dont ask me why lol.

Housing (if it's done right) is a way to keep a record of your exploits and adventures in the game. Say you had Sulfuras from old WoW. It's worthless now, but would look kickass hanging on a wall in your house. Or some set of armor you worked long and hard for that looks awesome but was made obsolete with the next patch or expansion. Now it can be hanging on an armor rack for others to check out. Plus it's another way to add your personal touch to the game.
On top of that, it's extra storage. Just about everyone likes more storage.
Current: None Played: WoW, CoX, SWG, LotRO, EVE, AoC, VG, CO, Ryzom, DF, WAR Tried: Lineage2, Dofus, EQ2, CoS, FE, UO, Wurm, Wakfu Future: The Repopulation, ArcheAge, Black Desert, EQN

I agree, Housing in DAoC and in LotRO, which have basicly the same system, really increased replay value.
No longer do you just kill a dragon to get gear, you also win the right to roll on its head and whoever wins gets to put that suckers head on their wall.

Shrug lol, guess it is 1 of those things I don't really care about heh. Although I can agree on some of this. I enjoied displaying stuff in my houses in AC. I just think it leads people away from the towns.
I think the only thing on your list that has a prayer of happening would be social clothing or an appearance set your character (like in EQ2 and Lotro). I mean you never know about anything they might add but I think a lot of their resources (talented artists for example if you go by their recent tier 9 armor sets) have been moved to their new mmo.

Yeah it can, but instanced housing inside of major towns wouldn't. I'm not a huge fan of non-instanced housing like SWGs mainly because when people leave you have giant ghost towns littering the landscape. Instanced housing solves that problem, but has its own.

Naval combat has a good chance of being in the Maelstrom expansion. Everything else is useless fluff.
Also, RvR? What do you mean by RvR? In the context of WoW. You mean like a zone that the 2 factions fight over to gain control of? Like Lake Wintergrasp? However, I doubt we will see another LWG type zone ever again. It was a worthy experiment but it has caused a large number of problems. LWG has to be shut down for a day or 2 nearly every patch because it causes server instability. So, Blizzard can either upgrade every server or continue instanced PvP.
For the malestrom expansion, I'd say wait and see. It could end as underwater environments without any boats or naval combat.
Now free for all housing placement (SWG) or instanced neighborhoods as in LotRo ends in big mess or empty cities. I'm all for instanced housing or apartments in NPC cities or DarkFall future system.
Regarding the social clothing my guess is Blizzard really don't care about it or they would have done it long time ago. We've been asking for that since the launch of the game, with thousands of players signatures.
I'm not speaking about dyeing there as they have major technical constraints for that.
Technically dyes does not exists in WoW, each different color item is in fact a duplicated item in the game, at least for the textures. So no alpha layers...
Laslty I wish WoW had AoC (sic!) or maybe LotRO inventory management system with dedicated bags for loot / resources / quest items. I know long time ago Blizzard devs told the players, managing the inventory was part of the game play. Honestly this is a pain in the... and not a Fun exercice at all.

Addon developers have solved that problem. Get ArkInventory and your bags are organized as you like.

Great stuff thanks!
OK next step then have all the quest items be removed from the inventory bags
The game is nerfed to the place where a 5 yr old can do well in it and people are still crying. Yes by all means get every add on and quest helper available. Plenty of gold sellers available also and if its still to hard im sure you can pay someone to level your toon for you. I used to laugh when people proclaimed that Blizz had destroyed MMO's but considering how many people sub to WOW that not only cannot play there are many that do not want to play they want he game to play itself. Sorry if anyone is offended but if the shoe fits........

I lol'd at that line, and totally agree. The gear in WoW needs a ton of help.

Player housing + naval combat would be a nice addition indeed

I was almost expecting it to say "DIE?!"
Oh well *sigh*
I wasn't expecting that, still funny
