Patch Size?

in Age of Conan: Unchained

 First post here for me.

I played AoC at launch for a couple months before I moved onto greener pastures. I am curious to see how it plays out now that there have been so many changes since I stopped playing.

 

But, since I live in NZ where we have monthly data caps, what is the size of all the patches I would have to download for AOC if I installed the launch version of AOC?

Can anyone give a rough estimate?

    I can't tell you how big the download is. My AoC folder is 26 gigs. Someone said if you download the trial client rather than using your install discs there is less patching. I can't tell you if that is true or not.

    Maybe 2-3 gigs as a rough estimate. The latest patch alone was around 900mb, so it could be close to 4-5 maybe more.

    I just returned for the 14 day resub trial. I had to redownload and it was 11.9 gigs. Took a long time to download.

     OK well considering I have a 10gig limit per month, It will probably take the rest of the month to download 2gb on dial up speed.

     

    Guess I will just stick with EVE and have a look at AoC again when the XPac comes out.
