im really waiting that this game will be real hit, i am waiting really quest-based gaming and co-operating too, and im forward to make a the strongest and biggest and the BEST kinship for MEO!!!

    Bro, you have no idea how hyped I am for this game. I remember about a year ago, during the reign of the films, and I was just wishing to the heavensimage to be able to experience Middle-Earth in my own eyes (being the LOTR buff that I am). I surfed the net to see if anyone was ahead on my idea, and sure enough, I found M-EO. Yeah, that made my year. image

    Recently people have been giving M-EO a bad name, saying that it's overrated and that only the hard core fans will buy it. Well, I guess they have no idea how many LOTR fans there really are... heheheimage I just about fell out of my chair when I saw the graphics. And the landscape seems... endless. Once the game has gone through all of its expansions, I think it will be the most in depth and vast MMO to date.

    God I can't wait for this game.

    This game will do very well I believe. It is being made by a good company with alot of experience. Even more important than that is they have the book license NOT the movie license so the game will be far more in depth than the movies showed.

    People seem to think this title wont do well but they underestimate the fanbase of Tolkien readers who have been waiting our whole lives for the opportunity to explore the world of Middle Earth and interact with the characters and the rich background and history.

    If you have any doubts just visit the website and check out the screenshots and movies. This game is top of the line. As fantasy games go this will be the top contender against D&D online wich wil also will have a huge following. Some may think im crazy but the fact is EQ has only been around since 1996 or so and LOTR/D&D fans have been around ALOT longer. The fanbase is much larger and will dominate over the other games.

    Well you HAVE to wait for this game. I have this bad feeling MEO will not be released at earliest next christmas, I fear 2006 Q1, sadly enough image considering how little news that is released about it.

    I will enjoy the roleplaying in this game. Any other game I would never role play but I will in MEO.

    Ofcourse i am looking forward to the game..but i think i will be dissapointed as my expectations are massive and middle earth is so vast that i fear the game will not be able to represent the scope of tolkien's world.

    What am i talking about, i am such a pessimist! This game will rock.

    image This game is going to be one of the best. I just hope that they make an even balance of graphical features and gameplay features. But even if it is a little unbalanced it's going to be a great game. Can't wait for it's release!

    The game has been pushed back for a while, and it's no secret that several people are getting nervous about its release. I subscribe to the idea that they've pushed it back to make it the best game they can. If that's truly the case, then I'm willing to wait for it regardless of the delays, because I know when it does come out that it will be really good.
