Could a guy that nice be wrong?

I ended up calling up the Star Vault office in Sweden to see about contacting customer services regarding a quick query. Had Henrik himself answer and had a moment to talk to him. He didn't shun me off to customer services, but was polite enough to answer my question over the telephone. I'm telling you - what a nice guy! Polite, happy, and totally helpfull.

Just wanted to mention it. I have a lot of respect for people like that who help you out where they can, even when they're working all out to get a game launched.

It's only little, but if that's the type of service I can expect Star Vault to give their customers, including me in the future? Then I look forward to doing my part to help keep their game alive and kicking.

Thanks.

Hmm do they even have a customer service department... Oh oh... hahaha

Oh by the way, in real life, scammers are usually the nicest people ever... I'm not saying MO is a scam, just saying...

Hope MO turns out to be fun for you guys. :)

I feel the best kind of customer service is the kind you dont need unless we are talking about hotels and resturants.

I perfer developers just focus on the code and the game and do not get distracted

Please do not respond to me, even if I ask you a question, its rhetorical.

Please do not respond to me

Cool, but a bit wierd. Maybe you called at an off hours when the person in charge of the telephone was away?

Respect, walk, what did you say?
    Respect, walk
Are you talkin' to me? Are you talkin' to me?

The most successful serial killers are friendly and out-going, something to think about.

I live in Malmö and have met Henrik a few times, he seems nice.

But anyone could be wrong, unless you believes in gods.

I do hope MO works out to be a good game with a solid playerbase but I will not buy the game until after release anyways, once they fixed the bugs and I know that it actually offers the gameplay I want.

But I do like the crafting, so it will be interesting to see if the game delivers or not.

Being nice isn't a must to make a succesful game, Brad Mcquaid (or how the "#¤% you spell that) is not a nice guy and EQ still became one of the most succesful MMOs. But on the + side, Henrik seems a lot nicer than a certain greek lead dev.

If you can run a program first time without any problems... then it is not doing what it is supposed to.
