So I still play...
Why in the heck do I still play LoL? I am trying to figure it out. Something about this game makes
me want to log on and maybe hope PoK suddenly disappears. It will not of course. Unless I hit
/q.
I made level 70 last week, Wahoo!! /sigh. I do not know if I will ever get my level
70 spells. I used to love hitting the next level that gave me new spells but now its like.. /sigh agian.
Riftseekers is too hard for most level 70 tanks blah and it's hardly ever camped but
by one or two groups.
Anyone try MPG trials yet? I haven't but I hear they are hard. I really depise
OoW but I still play. I'm really hoping the next expansion might modify the
shaman playability.
Oh and I went to EQ2.. it dosen't really catch my intrest for some reason
and WoW would require me spending another $50 on an MMORPG(Might
do that in January)

My husband and I just started playing again after being out of the game since last summer.
I reactivated an account that mostly had lowbies on it, but he went back to his main characters, and is really depressed at being 2 expansions and 5 levels behind now that he's back into the game. It seems that it is really hard for him to get a group without having OoW.
I think he's wondering why he bothered coming back.

I know how it is and it's very hard to find groups without OoW.
If you ever play on Terris Thule, i'll help you out.
Ya Its tuff have OoW on my monk and my Shamy still doesnt have can never find him a group unless i beg guildies otherwise im 2boxing somwhere. Would buy him OoW but will have to wait till after Xmass. Oh and Monk rarly finds groups in OoW now to lol so your not alone. Have a guildie thats 70 rog and she can spend all day LFG to get nothing at times. So its on all lvl's not blaming the drop on all the new games also Xmass time alot of people are busy.
I hear and see your problem. I have OoW and only go there for guild events. It's prolly the only expansion I've purchased where I could find nothing of interest. I'm sure the drops are equal to PoTime, but I'm in Time and I'm not in OoW. So, drops don't interest me. The story is prolly interesting, but then I haven't been able to figure out the lore, since right after Luclin, so that's kind of a waste.
I just don't see any point to OoW. I spend all my time in other parts of the game. Currently my under 65 toons are off in Chardok B, working towards HoT and VP. My 65 and over are all in PoP zones, doing groups. /shrug

I think I may get OoW for my husband for Christmas, since his guild is there A LOT, and I know it would make him happy to go along.
As for me, I don't see the point in getting OoW for myself when half of my active characters are under 30, and the rest are slogging through their 50's. My guild went to EQ2, so it has been lonely slogging at that. Oh, well. Maybe it is time to level up a little and start fishing for a new guild.

OOW is not just for the high level folks.

I played an instanced zone in Draniks last night with a 40s 50s group and had a great time. Nice drops and good xp all the way. We made a night of it.
