How does paypal work?

Yea, basicaly thats it. I was sorted to win AO:Alien Invasion and it says any shipping costs over 5$(I live in Portugal) must be p+ayed via PayPal, so I would apreciate to know how that works.

    i think you write a check to the company, and pay alittle more to "paypal" like an extra dollar or something. Just another technique of paying games... In my opinion its not worth it, credit cards or game cards are the best way to go.  Giving your card number is safe with the subscription games.

    well if you're paying to admin, then admin has a "pay by paypal" link

    you can pay by credit card or your own paypal account

    It's very convenient,

    Yah;

    It's essentially an Online Bank Account, they are very well known for their security, whenever possible I use it for all me E-Bay transactions, as you can add your Credit Card to it for Payment, likley you can write Cheques (never tried), as well as for Withdrawling you can add a Bank Account for Direct Deposit.
