I read the FAQ and this wasn't listed. What do I have to do to use a banner image in my sig?

You'll need to host the image somewhere then add the link to display the image to your signature which can be done in your profile area.

So I just use an HTML <Img Src> link as if I were writing a web page?
Just use www.tinypic.com
and copy and paste their forum code to the sig box.
