beta registration situation

when i went to sign up for the beta and it asked for the credit card it refused my credit card over and over although all the information was correct i even when to the activate thing in the members area where it told me to put the carc code in and it said it was correct but still inactive. anyone else have this problem and if so what did u do about it???
