A few questions

I briefly played CoX and I have read some of the threads on Champions Online as I consider whether to buy it or wait for a bit and get reviews, etc.

THE GOOD:  I really like the reported openess of character creation advertised  in Champions since I really just want to make a hero with the powers I want instead of worrying about classes and powersets available to that class until some update gives me more options (i.e. I wat to make the hero I want).

MORE GOODNESS: I also like the fact that I can get the name I want instead of my 2nd, 3rd or 50th choice.  This is small but important to me as a player.

A LITTLE MORE GOODNESS: The graphics also seem nice in Champions Online.  At first, I thought they looked bad but the new videos look good and  the tunneling and powersuit videos are very nice.

THE QUESTION: I have one big questiuon though.  How are the missions in Champions Online?  Will they keep us interested?  As I said, I liked CoX quite a bit, but apparently not enough to play long.  There were two reasons for this I think: 1) I did not like the stale city settings (Champions seems to fix that from the vids I have seen with various environments available) and 2) many of the missions seemed fairly cookie-cutter and repetitive.  Admittedly I did not play CoX long, but I was hoping someone could give me info on the missions in Champions and whether or not they are more varied and interesting than CoX.

Thanks for any info you can provide (I hope my question does not cross Beta NDA lines if they still exist since Open Beta and release draws near).

This would be one area in which CO has responded to negative feedback from CoX.

CO has a more EQ-style world setting and missions, rather than the randomly generated but quickly repetitive instanced ones of CoX.
